The entire week has simply been GREAT!!! (3 exclamation marks great). I was so excited about coming on my first yoga retreat and it has exceeded all my expectations. Kamal, Alessio and Kirsty have brought us all together into a beautiful yoga family. The yoga, atmosphere, activities, love, laughter, jokes, tree climbing, gelato, food, food and more food have been PERFECTO! The experience of the week is more than just this week, it has changed my life!!!

Had a fabulous week, Salento Yoga, May 11-18th 2013! Congratulations to Kamal & Alessio – you kept me well informed before the holiday and nothing has been too much trouble for you. Thank you for making this week so special. Kirsty, the yoga teacher is amazing, I already knew this, because I’m lucky to be able to attend her classes in the UK.
Another highlight has been the food – Valentina and GianFranco have made such beautiful food for us. They are such gentle and generous people. I’ve enjoyed every aspect of this yoga retreat and hope to attend another in the future.

This has been a truly wonderful week – inspiring yoga and a fabulous place to stay and amazing company. Thank you so much to Kirsty, Kamal, Alessio and his family for all their efforts to make this a most memorable holiday. One of the best tests of any holiday is the wish to come back. Bring on Salento 2104 and the retreats in between.

Just what is needed from a yoga retreat. The teaching was insightful and informative with care and integrity; the atmosphere at the villa peaceful and conductive to socializing or solitary time as desired; the organization sensitive and discreet; and the food sublime!
I came to recharge my batteries but discovered, almost without knowing how, that I’d recharged my soul.

It has been everything I had hoped and more…Truly amazing and life changing. My good friend Kirsty – your gift has inspired me to follow my dreams and release anything or anyone that no longer serves me in my life. Kamal and Alessio – my new found fellow yoginis, who have ultimately become two of my dearest friends – for life. Your friendship has overwhelmed me, and I cannot thank you enough for loving me as I am 🙂
